Our communities are full of skill
Qualified graduates, experienced tradespeople, carers, drivers, cooks, tutors and builders. Yet many people with real skills and real qualifications are still without work. Not because they can't do the job, but because they can't reach the people who need them.
At the same time, the world of work is changing fast. As technology and AI take over more office tasks, the skills that matter most are the ones only people can offer: fixing a geyser, caring for a child, teaching a learner, building a home, driving someone safely to work. Real skills are becoming more valuable, not less.
We believe technology should connect people to opportunity, not replace them. That is why Solsher exists.
